Food Safety Basics Training Program
Issued by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority
The Food Safety Fundamentals Training Program was developed by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority.
The program requires all food dealers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to acquire sufficient knowledge and understanding that will contribute to ensuring food safety during the stages of the food chain. The program includes four main axes concerned with food safety, namely:
- How to avoid cross-contamination
- how to cook
- How to clean
- How to safely cool food
This brochure was prepared as an introduction to the training program, which will be developed later in the form of a training course.
